You will enjoy a fully guided tour through the amazing limestone formations at The Pinnacles Desert in Nambung National Park before heading out at Geraldton, it’s on to Kalbarri to see the coastal cliffs. Visit the marvels of The Murchison Gorge, Natures Window and Z-Bend in Kalbarri National Park. Here you will have the option to try abseiling into the gorge (extra cost)! If conditions allow us, we will cool off with a swim in the Murchison River. Meet the famous Monkey Mia Dolphins and get some amazing photos. Then join any of the optional activities or just chill out on the beach or at the resort. We visit the breathing rock formations ‘Stromatolites’ before we settle into our accommodation in Coral Bay. Stroll on the beach and check out the shark nursery, swim with the manta rays, go for a scuba dive or snorkel on the Ningaloo Reef only meters from shore (all activities at own expense).
Whilst at Exmouth, explore Cape Range National park, a spectacular place of rugged limestone ranges, breathtaking deep canyons and 50km of pristine beaches. Relax on the beach or choose to go snorkelling at the stunning Turquoise Bay (snorkel hire $10), visit Vlamingh Head Lighthouse, then relax at Milyearing Visitors Center. Then head east, going to Karijini Eco Retreat in Eco Safari Tents.
Plenty of time to explore Karijini National Park and to enjoy 2.5 billion years of evolution and 40.000 years of culture. We visit and hike the gorges, swim in amazing rock pools, stan under waterfalls and explore intriguing rock formations including Hancock Gorge, Weano Gorge and its adventurous Handrail Pool, Dales Gorge, Circular Pool, Fortescue Falls, Fern Pool and more.
Travelling to the north at Port Hedland, take awesome photos at the 80 Mile Beach. Then, the next days are on the journey back from Broome to Perth, travelling along the coastline with a night of camping in Karratha.
