-Great scenery
-morning tea/coffee provided with good range of snacks
- accommodation was good
-guide was friendly but seemed stressed ??? Really enjoyed when he showed us how to feed the parrots etc and gave us seeds so the birds can land on you

-Seemed like the guide was stressed/rushed which was unfortunate as booked the 2 day tour so it would be more relaxing than fitting it in, in one day. Felt we could of had more time in places or fitted more things in, as first day finished at 3.30.
-Bit of a shame that no one got together for dinner as a group. I know it's "free" time but on other tours I've been on its been suggested like whoever wants to come for dinner as a group we will be leaving at 7pm etc.
-on way home guide seemed very stressed with traffic. Not sure what the rules are but heard him refuse to take someone back to their hotel because it wasn't in the centre ( I mean if I was paying for a specific drop of point that's where I'd want to be dropped off but then I have no knowledge of actual arrangements so they might of been okay with it). He dropped me a few streets down from my actual drop off place (st pauls cathedral) which I would have had no problems with if he actually asked me if that was okay, seemed a bit presumptuous/rude to not ask.
-coach was very small for a couple days tour. It was very cramped would of been okay for just a day tour but I wouldn't say suitable for tours that are over a day. I think more as the description made it sound like a very laid back 2 day experience and just felt very cramped and rushed unfortunately. Definitely not suitable for obese people as I felt cramped and I'm average sized.

Overall: I really enjoyed the sights we have seen I got some amazing pictures so very pleased about that. Had some great experiences as guide took us to places maybe not in other tours like hidden waterfalls. Had a fun time feeding the birds great for all ages. Guide always pointed out any wildlife as few koalas in the trees. Guide made sure there was lots of toilet stops so very suitable for kids and people with bad bladders like me haha. It was a shame it felt a bit rushed and the car was cramped. Not many tours with 2 day tours of just the great ocean road which is why I chose this tour. I would recommend if the negatives were overcome as you see some amazing places and have memories to last forever. There was another tour I was interested in but chose this one as thought it sounded more laid back but slightly disappointed with the vibe on this tour. However I still enjoyed my time so thankyou.
